I have owning a flat in HIG housing society in suburbs in mumbai. we have lot of car parking sapce in the society premises.I have a vehicle but that is not registered in my name because i a dealing the cars so its difficult to me. I have use the alternate vehicle to travel home to office and return which vehicle is available. but my society is not allowed the vehicle parking the society premises. I am ready to pay whatever they charging the necessary reasonable charges for the parking charges. but they refused. what can I do. please guide me and send me the society car parking laws. thanks.
